    4th Dan Jiu Jitsu Sensei, Ibush Kabashi demonstrating a variety of MMA techniques at LA Fitness, New Barnet, London. The video is a brief introduction to his training methods and philosophy.

    The club is suitable for both beginners and advanced students alike – men and woman – 16years+.

    Sensei Ibush demonstrates MMA techniques from the world of BJJ, traditional Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Karate and Muay Thai. A variety of techiques are demonstrated in this video includiing arm bars, triangle, chokes, strangles, throws as well as puching drills designed to improve core fitness.
