    Hey loves! So for today’s video I’ll be showing you my at home workout routine! This is perfect for those of you who want to get slim thick! I’m a beginner at working out so my form isn’t perfect, I’m still working on it but I hope these help you guys out. I have a small space in my room to actually workout and I know a lot of you can relate to not having a huge workout space or a gym nearby so these are super easy and practical workouts! Remember to be eating in Calorie Surplus if your goal is to gain – not lose.

    The ankle weights I am using I bought at Target! They’re 5lbs. (2.5 lbs each)
