The routine is
Squats 3 x 12-15
side plate raises 3 x 10 each leg
Deadlifts 3 x 12-15
Hip Thrusts 3 x 12-15
Single leg press 3 x 10 Each Leg
Hip Abductors 3 x 15-20
+ 25 Mins of Stair Climbers
