30s Russian Twists
30s Leg Lifts
30s Straight leg Bicycle crunches
30s Leg Drops
30s Side Crunch ( Each side)
30 s Squats
30s Lunge pulse
30s Leg kicks with resistance band ( 30s per leg)
30s Squats with resistance band
30s Lunges
30s Donkey kicks (each leg, alternate with a straight leg kick)
Repeat 2-3 Times xx
