Hello everyone, welcome back!!!
This was a highly requested video so here it is! 🤓 i forgot to mention that my starting weight was 210 lbs and I’m currently 179! I do these workouts 5 times a week, they vary and change every now and then as I learn from people who join me at the gym or watch YouTube videos on what new workouts I can do!
