My Workout Routine | ABS + CORE

A lot of people requested more workout videos, so here you gooo!
I normally gym about 3-4 times a week and I also dance 4 days a week for cardio. I try to do abs and core at least twice a week. Remember to make sure to have proper technique to prevent any injuries. And workout with a friend to make it more fun or if you’re unmotivated!
It’s very important to have sufficient energy so make sure to eat properly and have a balanced diet. Try to eat 5 times a day or every 3 hours (3 meals and 2 snacks in between). And STAY HYDRATED! I drink at least 1.5 litres of water just during my workout and I always carry around a water bottle. I always have a post-workout snack that’s rich in protein. I don’t do any supplements though cause I don’t think it’s my thing. Lately I’ve noticed I’ve also had to eat more cause I burn more which is totally fine depending on what your goal is. I want to gain more and build more mass hence why I eat more too.
