    Hey guys it’s Millie Rae!

    Today I’m going to be showing you my everyday workout routine for summer 2018! I have been doing these workouts most days for a few months now and I really enjoy them so I thought I would share! This video will be split into 4 parts for each schedule: leg + bum, core, full body and running! These exercises normally take me about 10 minutes each and I don’t break in between! I also did a voiceover explaining the exercise and how many reps I do etc! Hope you all enjoy this video and I’ll see you next week! xxx

    LEG + BUM (mon)
    – jumping jacks – 1min
    – in place lunges – 15
    – squat jumps – 20
    – sally squat challenge –
    – lunge lunges squat – 10
    – plank – 1min
    – mountain climbers – 20
    – fire hydrants – 20
    – leg lifts – 20
    – leg raise pulses – 20
    – running – 2miles

    CORE (tue + thurs)
    – jumping jacks – 1min
    – crunches – 50
    – leg lifts – 20
    – bicycle crunch – 1min
    – in and out crunches – 1min
    – plank – 1min
    – russian twist – 1min
    – running – 2miles

    FULL BODY (wed + sat)
    – jumping jacks – 1min
    – plank – 1min
    – crunches – 50
    – leg lifts – 20
    – squat jumps – 20
    – in place lunges – 15
    – press ups – 10
    – burpees – 15
    – running – 2miles

    GYM (fri)
    – cycling – 15mins
    – cross trainer – 15mins
    – treadmill – 30mins
