    Serious Strength Personal Training is a private, one-to-one, by appointment only personal training studio. Our instructors are all certified and/or possess a degree in exercise science and all teach the Slow Burn method of strength training exclusively.

    At Serious Strength you can get all the benefits exercise has to offer in just 30 minutes a week! No need for cardio and stretching as the Slow Burn strength training method provides all the benefits.
