    Being in shape for paintball is just as important as knowing how to properly hold your marker. In this series of drills, we go over some of our favorite and most important agility and speed training drills. With a friend, your team or by yourself, these increasingly more challenging drills will test your endurance and make you a more explosive athlete. Scott Kemp, Brandon Short and I take you through some intense workouts in this series of entry level and advanced exercises. Please take the necessary steps to make sure that you are fit and ready to proceed with these drills. Always drink plenty of fluids and if you feel overly fatigued or short of breath during any of these exercises, please stop and take a moment to relax before pushing yourself too hard.
