    During our hip semester, we focus on vocab words. During our shoulder anatomy semester, we review common acronyms. Chris reviews what ligaments and tendons are. What osteons, sarcomeres, and motor units. What’s the difference between anabolic and catabolic. The NSCA’s Needs Analysis. What’s the difference between a sprain and strain? The basic units for macronutrients: fatty acids, amino acids and monosaccharides. Learn the agonist for hip flexion, extension, external rotation, internal rotation, adduction and abduction.
