Glute activation warmup: Banded hip thrust + abduction 2×20
1A – Banded standing kickbacks (do these as a superset with ex.2) • 12 reps per leg
1B – BB Hip Thrusts (increase weight each set) • 4×10
2A. Cable curtsey lunges 3×12 per leg
2B. Cable squat to deadlift 3×12
3A. Straight Leg kneeling Cable kicks 3×10 per leg
3B. Cable Kick Backs • 3-4×10 per leg
4. Kneeling cable pull throughs • 3×12
5. TRX Bulgarian Lunges 3×10 per leg
