This video shows the Bicep workout I’ve been working on this past month or so to grow and strengthen my arms, specifically the biceps. try this routine out. Use the sets and reps as a guideline. if you want to inc or dec the sets and reps feel free to do so.

    2. Neutral grip pull ups
    3. Pulsing chin ups
    4. Barbell curls
    5. Drag curls
    6. Rope curls
    7. Hammer variations
    8. Cheat curls
    9. Seated bicep curls
    10. Seated hammer curls
    11. Bodyweight bicep curls
