1) Flat DB Bench Press – 3 sets x 5-9 reps (GO HEAVY!!!)
2) Flat Barbell Bench – 3 sets x 3/3 reps (watch 1:55)
3) Incline DB Bench Press – 3 sets x 6-8 reps (Moderately Heavy)
***SUPER SET***
3) Flat Cable Fly – 3 sets x 8-10 reps
4) Standing DB Arnold Press – 2 sets x 6-10 reps
5) Standing DB Side Raise – 3 sets x 12-15 reps
6) Cable Tricep Pushdown – 3 sets x 10 reps (Go Heavy)
7) Cable Rope Overhead Extension – 3 sets x 10 reps
