Michigan based, Urban Ninjas – Metro Detroit’s Parkour and free-running team.
Some of the team members of the Urban Ninjas training at Mega Gym in Novi, Michigan every Sunday rain or shine, from 6 to 9pm.
Here we practice both extreme tricks and flips, as well as the basic jumps, tumbles, and rolls, kongs, and vaults, building the skills to take to the streets. Also its just plain fun for all ages.
