30 side crunches on both sides
30 dumbbell lifts
30 sit ups
30 pelvic raises
30 knee twists
30 seconds leg hold/six inches
30 leg raises/raising six inches
30 stratal raises
30 leg lifts on each side
50 squats
10 push ups
50 speed jumping jacks
