However a big consensus among women is that to lose weight, you should follow a low calorie diet, and that’s what I see many women doing in trying to achieve their ambitious summer body goals!

    After counting calories for months, being extremely strict with what they eat, most women who attempt these diets will regain the weight they lost within the next year. Why is that? Because they don’t work! Don’t believe me? Today I’m going to show you why.
