Current Fitness Regimen:
-30 minutes of fasted Cardio in the morning
-This warmup
-Strength Training
Copyrighted at home workout programs (listed below) are used on any given day for Cardio or Strength Training. So if the program’s calendar denotes a Cardio day I will use it for that part of my daily routine. If it’s a Strength Training day then I will walk/jog/run/dance for my daily cardio right before this warmup and then use the workout program for my daily Strength Training.
