    About Booiaka programme:
    The class is based on choreography; but it is not focused on technical steps. The intense cardio workout is founded on muscle memory combined with a progressive increase in cardio training throughout the one hour class. It builds its movement step by step with repetition, making Booiaka® easy to catch on to. Students are encouraged to sweat it out by following along with the guided workouts that are led with contagious energy and sassy « club-style » dance moves. Booiaka® is intuitive – making our bodies want to move to the beat.
