    Many years ago I used to try all sorts of workouts, diets, supplements, gimmicks to change my body. I was trying this and that and in the end I always ended up frustrated because I didn’t see any lasting changes and felt like I was moving from one extreme of dieting and restriction to the next binge fest.

    Fast forward several years when my desperation became my inspiration to learn all I could about what it takes to create change. I became a personal trainer, I read an entire library of books about the power of hypnosis, NLP, meditation, motivation, I took workshops and fed my insatiable appetite for knowledge daily.

    Fast forward again to 9 years ago when I quit my career in pharmaceuticals to finally honor my gut and my passion. I went back to grad school to study nutrition. I enrolled in an amazing NLP Program The NLP Center of New York to study how humans create change and resolve obstacles. I wanted to share what I learned with others who were struggling and started Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp.
    My goal was always to show my clients the most effective way to create change and to keep it. I wanted to surround myself with positive and driven people, so I could be happier and fulfilled and create that in others – through fitness, nutrition and motivational coaching. To this day this is still our main mission: We want to educate you to take the guesswork out of health and fitness, so you can get to your goal directly without detours, wasting time, money and without frustration.

    That’s why I’m proud of the many classes we’ve been able to add to our curriculum. In addition to the Slim & Strong Program, Metabolism Program, our Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp Outdoor Classes, we have added all-new indoor HIIT classes, Yoga with Laura Weiss, Strength Training and Weekend Brunch Burn Classes. I’m so thrilled to have Paul on board to teach, inspire, educate because if there’s a guy who lives and breathes fitness, nutrition and performance, it’s him.
    I can’t wait to introduce to you the programs we’re rolling out in January.
