Fuze Fitness TM is an exclusive dance fitness program to Infusion Dance & Fitness! It’s based on dance and aerobics « fuzed » with cardio and toning moves that is simple for everyone to enjoy and take part in!
We run classes in Northumberland and Newcastle, England, UK!
Infusion Dance and fitness have been running in Northumberland, UK since 2012. We run classes for all ages from tiny tots up to 60+ and pride ourselves on being available for all ages abilities, sex, religion and health problems.
Along with our community classes we regularly attend local events for free doing tasters/demos, work in venues such as nurseries, schools, special schools, care homes and more. We also offer private sessions and party session bookings for all occasions!
Here at Infusion we run 6 very exclusive programs called Fuze Fitness, Fuze Tone, Fuze EAZE, Fuze Kidz, Fuze BOOTCAMP and Nursery Boogie that only our instructors are licensed to teach.
