    Class Description:
    Hip-Hop Aerobics is designed to jump-start your heart rate, increase strength and flexibility, and above all, express oneself through hip-hop dance and music. Tone and shape your arms, abs, and your butt! The class is divided into 3 parts; conditioning, cardio, and choreography. This dance-fitness class is open to dancers of ALL levels; even people who just want to have a great time while still getting a full body TWERKout! Increase hip hop technique, build confidence and your tone that body! This class will STEP your game up and SEX your frame up!

    Davon “D” Chance has an extensive dance background in Ballet, Modern and Hip-Hop. He’s a graduate of SUNY Purchase College and has also trained at Mark Morris, Paul Taylor, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, The Hip Hop Conservatory, among many others. Being very active in the dance world as well as a celebrated performer in nightlife, he was a member of Evolve Dance Ensemble, Purchase College Dance Corp, Purchase College Dance Team, and is currently performing with Dimauro Dance Company and Crooked Mouth. Davon enjoys all the diverse techniques he has learned, which constantly brings new energy, creativity, and experience to his choreographic mind. He loves to share this extensive dance experience with with dancers of all ages. He also has a background in sports rehab, personal training, and dance-fitness.
