    20-minutes of low impact cardio exercises, followed by 10 minutes of ab burning fun, topped with a lovely stretch at the end.

    Great workout for when you need to keep it quiet (ie. living in an apt), or on vacation, or just don’t feel like jumping around.

    Tools needed: nothing!

    1. 2 squats, inchworm to 2 push ups
    2. 2 reverse lunges to 2 forward kicks
    3. Walk out, plank toe tap
    4. Repeater knee
    5. Shoulder/hip/toe tap high plank
    6. Other leg repeater knee
    7. Downward shoulder push ups to high plank
    8. Low skaters with twist
    9. Forward lung with twist (alt)
    10. Crab side touches

    2 x 40 (15 sec rest)

    Abs
    1. Tabletop crunches
    2. Single leg drop
    3. Other leg
    4. Double leg drop
    6. Reverse curls
    7. See saw plank
    8. Side to side crunches
    9. Butterfly crunch
    10. Bicycle crunches
    11. legs only bicycles
    12. On side leg kicks
    13. Side plank
    14. other side leg kicks
    15. Other side plank

    1 x 25 sec (5 sec rest)
