Quick Sweat // CARDIO BEAT (At Home Cardio Workout)
This is an apartment friendly workout that will not bother your downstairs neighbors! No jumping! Also…I like getting in my cardio without having to feel like I’m dragging my feet on a run. I love when I can pair exercising with music so I’m not thinking about reps or distance…I’m just having fun! And then the sweat and the fat burn just happens! So today, I am introducing to you « CARDIO BEAT »! Cardio moves done to the beat of the music that you can do right at home. This is something totally new so please let me know in the comments how you honestly feel about it and if you want more.
