CrossFit NYC April 18, 2013 7am class. Workout Of the Day was Dodge Ball, Rope Climb, Dead Lifts and Hand Stand Push Ups. I went down to the Reebok CrossFit gym with my friends Terence and Jason to observe and video tape the class. Met some really cool people there and I can’t thank them enough for allowing me to shoot this video.
