This is a week 4 training program and it will officially start on January 1st 2018. Use the calendar to click on what workout to do each day. Each week we start with a brand new workout. Each week the workout will get harder, as the exercises get more challenging and the work time gets longer, and the rest time gets shorter. so follow the training calendar to see your fitness levels improve by week 4! You’ll notice yourself trimming down, along with tighter arms, toned legs, a lifted booty and sculpted abs.
