Athar Aamir Khan is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of 2016 batch. He was the second topper of UPSC Civil Service Examination held in 2015. Athar hails from a village Devipora in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir and has become a role model for youth. Athar is a passout of IIT Mandi. In 2015 Athar was included in Hindustan Times’ list of 30 under 30 inspiring youth. A hardworking officer and a passionate human being aspiring to become a catalyst of change.
