Sets & Reps:
Deadlifts – warmup, 5 sets of 1-5 reps (heavier weight)
Hip Thrusts – 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Glute Kickbacks – 4 sets of 10 reps
Stiff Leg Deadlifts – 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Walking Lunges – 3 sets of 10 reps/leg
Side Kicks – 3 sets of 15 reps (low weight)
