    A quick and intense total body workout for both men and women! Full body workouts are one of the best routines for muscle growth and strength regardless of your fitness level and training experience.

    When I’m travelling, I keep this workout short doing these exercises as a single circuit of 15 reps for each exercise. Now, at the gym or home I repeat this circuit three times with a 1 min break in between.
