    20 Minute MMA Bodyweight Workout (this is an advanced workout for fighters to fitness enthusiasts..obviously if you have bad knees then this workout is not for you)
    Perform each exercise for 10 reps each one after the other with no rest in between for 20 minute straight. Try and complete as many rounds as possible during the 20 minutes

    Continuous Box Jumps 0:59
