    Another brilliant day to get out and find that fun! I cycle through The Meerkat Magic Valley Reserve area to the local town and return with a heavy backpack of supplies.

    The first part of the trip was regular hill training and cardio. The return trip with the weighted backpack was for strength and endurance cardio the hills were much tougher!

    Cycle route including around 15 km return route with a 30 kg / 60 pound backpack:
