    What would happen if you suddenly just stopped training? Well I stopped training for 3 months (90 days), and in this video I share with you what happened next, including:

    – How much muscle I lost
    – How my strength and training performance was affected
    – How much fat I gained
    – What happened to my injuries
    – How may confidence was affected
    – What happened to my healthy habits and routines

    I also have video footage comparing my physique before and after. This was the longest layoff I’ve ever had from lifting and the gym, so the impact in certain areas was significant!
