    Growing up I was in category 1 was totally disconnected from my body and always hated P.E. class. But then after trying to lose weight by doing maaany crazy exercise program, I started slipping into category 2 and thought I had to sweat, scream and barely walk for it to count as a workout.

    If you want to be a person who moves their body consistently, forever you have to revisit your past to clear any blocks that are keeping you stuck and sabotaging.
