-30 sec – air squats
-30 sec – jump rope – regular bounce
-30 sec – jumping jacks
-30 sec – jump rope – regular bounce
-30 sec – pushups
-30 sec – jump rope – regular bounce
-30 sec – high knees
*10 sec rest between exercises
*1 min rest between circuits
*complete circuit 4-5x
