People often ask me, if the workout programs they see in my videos are doable in different age, profession or lifestyle. The answer is absolutely YES. My workout posts are to inspire and educate, so you can own the knowledge and make conscious decision to improve your health and fitness. People always say; I haven’t started working out because I hadn’t signed up for a gym. See what I do today? You can safely practice balance on many creative objects. You don’t need to rely on Treadmill or Elliptical for cardio. Jogging on sand or any safe surface, carrying water bottle as farmers walk, hopping over abandoned railroad or old school mountain climbers are great cardio alternatives. I highly recommend investing in adjustable weights, so you can bring one outdoor for exercises such as snatch and swing. Lastly always make sure to play and have fun. Your muscles don’t grow during hard workout. Your life is more enjoyable when you smile😁
