#BodyByCookie Track Workout
When it’s a great day outside why not go outdoors and workout there? No gym no problem!!!!
In this video I will explain and demonstrate a perfect full body track workout.
You will begin this workout by jogging the straight aways on the track followed by lunging half of the curve and squat-walking the other half; you will repeat this twice.
Then you will run up the bleachers and walk down, then squat hop half way up the bleachers and walk the rest then walk down; you will do this a total of 3 times.
Lastly, you will do 25 squats (squeeze your glute muscles when your stand up doing your squat) then 20 second quick steps; you will do this a total of 3 times as well.
