    Spartan Bodyweight Workout
    Perform each exercise for 60 seconds followed by 15 seconds rest. Rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 rounds

    Rotational Jumping Lunges
    Push Up Around The World
    Sprints
    Rotational Mountain Climbers
