Decline bench press (smith machine)
5 sets – 10-12 reps
*last set paused reps until failure
Cable flyes (regular + upright)
4 supersets – 8+8 reps
Bench press
3 sets – 10-12 reps
Rope pushdown + overhead rope extension
4 supersets – 12+12 reps
Underhand tricep pushdown
4 sets – 10-12 reps (slow negative)
