Climbing requires a lot of hard work from your fingers, muscles, and joints! Learn about what kinds of aches, pains, and injuries are common to climbing, and how to avoid them through better warm-ups, preventative exercises, and resting habits.
First Time Climber? We recommend trying climbing with the purchase of a Day Pass (no appointments necessary) before signing up for a class. A little prior exposure to climbing makes the technique classes much more beneficial!
