    – Learn to effectively contract the abdominal muscles
    – Master your breathing (exhale on the concentric phase)
    – Maximise tension placed on your core (don’t let other muscle groups do the work)
    – Minimise momentum
    – Keep your neck in line with your spine
    – Quality reps over quantity
