    THE WORKOUT
    1. Straight Leg Deadlifts (8-10 reps X 5 sets)
    2. Frog Leg Press *heavy weight (7 reps X 4 sets + 1 drop set)
    3. Hip Thrusts (20 reps X 4 sets)
    4. Lunges (20 reps X 3 sets)
