    Barbell Press (Flat) / Push-Ups
    3 Sets of 8/8 Reps

    Flat Dumbbell Fly / Plank
    3 Sets of 12 Reps / 30 Sec

    Flat Dumbbell Press
    6 Sets of 6 Reps

    Incline Dumbbell Press
    4 Sets of 8 Reps

    Incline Dumbbell Fly
    3 Sets of 12 Reps

    Peck Deck Fly (w/ Pause)
    4 Sets of 10 Reps
