    HIIT:
    Sprint x 10 sets (Your desired distance)

    Ab & Core Work Routine:
    – 3 sets
    – 30 seconds rest after every exercise

    1) Hand Plank Claps x 30 secs
    2) Push Ups & reverse knee tucks x 30 secs
    3) Hand Plank & Sit ups x 30 secs
    4) Partner Russian Twists x 30 secs
    5) Ball Sit Ups x 30 secs
