    As we move into day 3, workouts are getting little more intense and longer!

    Following is what we performed in this routine:
    Plank
    4 Sets of 30 sec plank with 30 sec break

    Shoulder Press (Dumbbell)
    4 Sets of 10 Reps with 30 sec break

    Alternate Front Raises (Dumbbell)
    4 Sets of 10 Reps with 30 sec break

    One Arm Dumbbell Row
    4 Sets of 10 Reps with 30 sec break

    Seated Row (Close Grip)
    4 Sets of 10 Reps with 30 sec break

    Tricep Bench Dips
    4 Sets of 10 Reps with 30 sec break

    Wrist Curls (Straight Bar)
    4 Sets of 25 Reps with 30 sec break
