    For these exercises you will require:

    • A light pair of dumbbells
    • A flat bench

    • Squat down by bending your knees outward

    Exercise #2: Flat Bench Tricep Dips

    Muscles Worked:

    • Triceps
    • Shoulders
    • Chest

    Instructions:

    • Face away from the bench and put your hands on the edge
    • Put your legs out and spread your bodyweight over your hands and your feet
    • Bend your arms, lowering your body towards the floor (aim for a 90 degree angle)
    • Straighten out your arms and “press” yourself back up
    • Repeat

    Tip: For an easier alternative bring your feet closer to your body.

    Exercise #3: Bench Step Overs

    Muscles Worked:

    • Glutes
    • Quads
    • Abdominals

    Instructions:

    • Stand side-on to the bench, one foot on, one foot off
    • Push your raised foot into the bench, lifting the rest of your body up onto the bench
    • Lower one foot back down onto the other side
    • Repeat on the other side
