    My keto full body fat burning cardio workout that can be completed in 35 minutes when you want to get that lunch time cardio in! I was hesitant to post a full workout like this, especially with it being high intensity. These are the workouts I am terrible at and dread the most. I decided to post the full workout because I think it will be cool to look back on this and see how much progress I’ve made along the way.

    This workout targets the full body with an emphasis on shoulders, legs, and glutes. It will spike your heart rate for full fat burning effect. I hope you enjoy this workout.
