    Boxing Circuit. Day 1 (Chest) in the series of 3 Days of Gym Training with Luke, a personal trainer. Luke takes us through a Boxing Circuit in this video. There is nothing like a Boxing Circuit to get the cardio going.

    First of all there is the heavy bag punching sprint for 1 minute, high knees punching straight from the shoulders. Followed by step up on the steps for 30 seconds then step taps, tapping quickly with your toes for 30 seconds, followed by knee high running on the spot for 30 seconds as well. So we are going to do this section twice.

    Then back to the heavy back with upper cuts sprints punching with hands underneath for 1 minute, followed by wall to wall shuttle runs for 5 laps, then do this circuit twice.

    Ultimately, the goal of this workout is to build a powerful core, lean muscle, and to burn body fat. Remember that what you feed/fuel yourself with will either aid or hinder your results. I keep track of food intake and eat extremely well to fuel my body. Because of this my recovery is solid.

    If you’re not getting the results you want from your gym workouts, then clearly it’s time to change your routines and workouts for the better. More exercises, different ways to do the same muscles – it all helps!

    The following gym and fitness workouts are a small sample of some of the information that our members receive in our fitness gym. The best way to stay motivated, is to get a training partner, not only can you spur each other on, but you can also assist each other with various weight lifting exercises.

    Always look at making sure that any exercise workout or weights you use are suited for your own strength / fitness levels, avoid trying to lift or perform the same exercises as others in your gym.
