    Warm up with a 5min jog

    Warm up the shoulders with different variations 8-10reps each

    Dumbbell Press:
    3 sets 10-12 reps, 1-1.5 min rest

    Later Raise Superset w/Front Dumbbell Raise
    3 sets 10-12 reps, 1-1.5 min rest

    Machine Rear Delt Flyes
    3 sets 12 reps, 1 min rest

    Shrugs
    3 sets 10 reps, 1-1.5 min rest

    Upright Rows w/Straight Bar
    3sets 12 reps, 1min rest

    Bonus Set:

    Machine Shoulder Press
    1 set to Failure
