    Arm routine at the gym-

    RECAP OF THE EXERCISES
    1) cardio- I always START with this!
    2) squats- best way to build the booty
    3) pushups – favorite for arms, and core
    4) legs- Theres many leg exercises you can do!
    5) abs- I did planking today. I always save abs for the end of every workout
    6) arms- this is the second arm workout I did, I used the bench for support and this works the back of my arms
    7) love handle exercise! I don’t know the exact name for this but its become one of my FAVORITE exercises! I do this WITHOUT weights because I don’t want to build muscle on that area
