Description
Muzzing at the gym. I’m headed to Nitro Gym in Ringwood to hit a
joocey chest/shoulder/tricep session with the lads. If you want to
develop a thick chest focus on pressing movements throughout
your workout as opposed to multiple fly movements. I personally
stick to pressing movements on an incline, such as incline
dumbbell press/incline barbell press to focus on my upper chest.
You will see all the exercises in this video as well as some
mad tunes. Also headed off to watch dead pool and grab
a joocey feed. I can’t wait to get fking shredded. Also using
a different camera lemme know what you think.
