    Our realistic gym workout routine as teenagers| Strength-Boxing-Cardio

    Hey loves! This video is a bit different from our normal posts but today we decided to film our gym workout routine. Many teenagers, ourselves included initially, are a little lost when presented with all the possibilities available at the gym so we hope we’re able to offer a bit of inspiration and guidance for what you could do. The routine is realistic and totally doable because we split our hour up into 20 minute segments to make sure we get a true full body exercise. Of course our workouts very but we generally do 20 minutes strength training, 20 minutes boxing, and 20 minutes cardio dance. The best thing for you to do at the gym though is to exercise intuitively and change up your routine whenever you like so that you can explore everything. Typically you only have an hour so use it wisely but have fun! When we don’t construct our workout like this we usually participate in a one-hour activity class ranging anywhere from Body combat to Body Pump to Zumba. A normal week for us looks like doing a full class on Monday evenings and doing a workout routine like the one shown in the video on Wednesday evenings. On other nights we include a nice mix of different physical activities and outdoor sports playing. As always thank you so much for watching and don’t forget to check out some of our other videos!
